of norah’s golden birthday

Norah turned 3 on December 3rd, giving us an opportunity to both throw her a golden birthday party and explain to all of our English friends exactly what a golden birthday is. It ended up being a Christmas party, with Santa hats at the door and “Pin the Star On the Christmas Tree” replacing the famous donkey and his tails.

We also played a little “Pass the Parcel” (also known as “Poss the Possel,” according to one’s nationality). Here’s the birthday girl, wondering if the music will stop on her at last!

Norah and her B.F.F. exchanging birthday cuddles.

A good time was had by all.

We can’t believe she’s already 3! She’s brought us so much joy.

Oh, Betsy! I can’t believe she’s 3 already either! What a big girl. Glad she had such a fun birthday. We would’ve LOVED to be there to help celebrate. What a great idea to do the Christmas theme for a birthday. Very cool. HAPPY BIRTHDAY, Norah…(so so sorry we missed it, especially since it was such a special golden one). We love you sooooo much. Hugs & Kisses! Love, Uncle Jon, Auntie Candace, & Charlotte 🙂
