One of the things I love about my mother-in-law is her eye for beauty in unexpected places. The other day I brought her to the open-air market to sample a slice of our Wednesday morning normal, and she was stunned by the beauty of the cauliflower. And I turned to look, and I agree. Enormous cloudy mounds collared with those fat green leaves. Wow. Let’s bring that home and look at it.
